Easy check-in

At Topcamp, checking in should be simple—any time of the day. Here, we've gathered information about the different check-in options available.

Check-in is from 1:00 PM for camping and from 3:00 PM for cabins, apartments, and rooms.

Our recommended check-in method!

Check in with your mobile

  • You’ll receive an SMS on your arrival day
  • Click the link in the SMS or email to open MyTopcamp – your personal page (C-wallet)
  • Log in or create a new user
  • Click on your stay, then "Check in now"
  • Check-in complete! Your phone gives you access to the gate, doors, and cabin.

If you share the booking link in MyTopcamp with your fellow travelers, they also need to follow steps 2 and 3 to gain access.

Arriving without a reservation and the reception is closed?

  • 2. Book and pay for your stay
  • 3.Check email & SMS for check-in link

  • 4.You are now ready to open the gate / cabin

Check-in terminal

Outside the reception, you'll find our check-in terminal. Here you can quickly and easily check in, both during and outside of reception hours. The card you receive from the machine is used to open the barrier, service buildings, and cabins.

Do not use the check-in terminal if you've already checked in with your mobile.

You can also make a new booking, top up your laundry card, extend your stay, and check out using the machine.

Self service box

To open our self-service box, use the code you received by SMS, followed by #.

This is only for guests with a pre-booking who are unable to check in digitally.

Check-out

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM for cabins, apartments, and rooms, and by 12:00 PM for camping.

You will receive a check-out link by SMS on your departure day.

If you received a key or key card, please return it in the black mailbox marked "Checkout".
You’ll find the box near the reception and by the exit barrier.
