About the campsite
By the water: Topcamp Sjøsanden is idyllically located by the sea, surrounded by ten beautiful beaches that are perfect for guests who love to swim and sunbathe. Right next door is Furulunden, a popular outdoor area with trails and nature that's beautiful all year round. The campground is just a short distance from Mandal town center, where you'll find shops and restaurants.
On site, you'll find a bistro serving tasty meals during the summer months, two modern service buildings with showers, toilets, and shared kitchens, and a large playground that kids will love. For even more family fun, Kristiansand Zoo is just a 45-minute drive away.

Adventure golf at Sjøsanden
In spring 2026, you can try 12 brand-new holes on our adventure golf course. Take your best shot through the iconic “Bestemor”, swing past a few playful challenges along the way, and see who in your group actually ends up with the best putting score.
The course is perfect for families looking for some extra laughs together, as well as groups of friends who enjoy a bit of friendly competition.
